As far as i am concerned, it is one of the toughest awards to win because of the numerous applications that are submitted each year.About the technology, i think its a great initiative too. If all the hospitals and clinics start using this to monitor patients, also extend the system country wide to share a large database with other clinics, that's going to be a great improvement in the sector.
